What's the method? How do you do it?

I found the snowflake print in a magazine, so I used the method with rubbing alcohol (just like you would with newspaper print nails). Cutepolish has a good tutorial for this (you can google her); you can basically do this with any print, I guess! Oh, I added the glitters with a glitter striper later.
