How did you do your nails like that

It involves letting blobs of polish almost dry to get the polish stringy and with a dotting tool or toothpick you kinda dip it into the goopy blob and create a "string" and you just place them over our nail randomly, clean up and done! Simple but time consuming, also fun though.
