do you have a hooded eye? omy gosh i wish i could do this to my eyes i have a hooded eyes and its hard creating a nice look......... lol plus i have walmart makeup its not as matte or bright nd vibrent

Im probably have more of a monolid... I dont have crease.. Lol i dont use high end products all the time.. I sometimes use make up from walmart too, you just havd to find a good product... Wet n wild has amazing shadows.. Try them out and if u use a white cream base the colors would appear more vibrant. :)
