The feather piece was hand made by me.
I went to the craft store and bought a plain eye mask & a bag of feathers. I cut off the bottom half of the mask then with a glue gun carefully glued all the feathers to the top of the mask (Rhine stones are optional). I then looked up pictures of owls and from there you can get an idea of what they look like to get started on the makeup process.
