What did you use? And how did you just regularly paint the bottom or used something special?

I used the colors Ciaté Cutie Pie and Magic Carpet. I just did two coats of Cutie Pie and let it dry a little and then I used Magic Carpet (the glitter) and I just painted it halfway up my nail! No special tools or anything, I just used the regular polish brush.
