First I did the glitter coat, then when it dried I got a little bow I bought at Michael's Craft Store, got a transparent nail polish and placed a dot enough to cover the bottom of the bow and placed the bow then put transparent nail polish around the bow to hold it in place and with a little bit of pressure on top let it dry, it should stick greatly to your nail!
