Thanks! No, I haven't experienced any hair loss. I track all of my food and nutrients to make sure I fuel my body properly.

You're awesome! I just started my weight loss journey in September and have lost about 23 pounds so far. The pounds have started to become a little more stubborn so I've been losing motivation lately, but after seeing these pictures, I have hope!! I started at 205 and my goal is 130, so now I only have 52 pounds to go!

Thank you! I joined MyFitnessPal to track my calories, gradually started eating healthier and smaller portions, and started working out, mainly Jillian Michaels DVDs and running. I started in July of 2011 at 195 lbs and I reached my goal weight of 120 lbs in September of 2012.
