love the look! but the technigue you've used has nothing in common with the actual pencil technique but the similar shape which is oftenly used by those who use it :) don't get me wrong pls :) once you'll get more into it, you'll understand what i mean :) xoxo.

it is the pencil technique my dear ;) it's just not as sharp as it usually is, 'cuz I didn't want it to be ;) plus, I didn't drag the lines with the help of a brush, because I liked the result I ended up with - but the initial idea sill prevails - first draw in the shape with a pencil, then apply shadow over it. (unfortunatelly, my pencil was not as hard as it should be :/)

of course dragging the lines is just to your own preferences and liking, you can go as dramatic and wild or neutral as you wish to :)
a good, well sharpened pencil applied in small strokes and blended with some flat brushes is the essence, maybe that's why it just didn't look right to me :) with a soft pencil you just can't do all that :)
