It's rather simple. First start off with a base of whatever color you want. Then with a dotting tool, or a toothpick or bobbing pin, dot on the colors you want unevenly. I typically try to do longer dots or kind of weird banana shape things. When it's dry, With a toothpick or nail art brush, I take the black polish and outline the colored circles but you don't want to fully encase them. Then when that's all done, add some black uneven dots in the empty areas. I may make a lil tutorial on the blog in the near future.
