This is my first (or second depending on if you count the fact that I turned one mani into two) Hunger Games inspired manicure. It was inspired by Katniss, The Girl On Fire.

For this design I used:

Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear- Black Out (base)
Finger Paints- Flashy (flaky glitter)
N.Y.C.- Matte Me Crazy Topcoat (matte topcoat)
