Thanks! Its actually a press on nail from Dashing Diva, I was at a hair show in Baltimore, Md and they had a vendor there and they looked so amazing on the models that I purchased some. The website for their company is www.dashingdivapro.com or I have seen foil that can do the same effect on natural or artifical nails! And for the the foil you can get that online or at craft stores, I believe! :)
