Hey Bridget R.!

Thanks so much - glad you like it. It was so much fun to wear.

To create this look, I first painted all my nails neon yellow. Then, I used a black stamping polish with a Bundle Monster Image Plate and stamped the design on. You can see more pictures (including the stamping plate I used here: http://www.swatchandlearn.com/nail-...)
