personally i think everything exCEpt the "lip bust" i guess youd call it looks very realistic. looks more like a drawn on lip piercing. can tell its makeup, but everything else is very good!

it does look real. I understand where you were coming from creatively. The modele's facial expression and body language also plays apart to help the photo tell its story.
