A lot of people ask how this was done - and believe it or not, very little retouching went into this effect. Layer SHADOW on the lips over eye primer and top with your favorite shimmer gloss. I did this with a shimmery blue gloss - I believe Kevyn Aucoin makes one! Enjoy!
