What is Beautylish Elite?

We started Beautylish Elite as a fun way for us to recognize and reward our most passionate and helpful contributors. These are the people that make Beautylish so helpful, trustworthy, and fun. Elites get a lovely badge on their profile, occasional free products to review, and priority invitations to our events.

How do I become a part of Beautylish Elite?

There isn’t a single, specific quality or contribution we look for in Beautylish Elites, but actually a little bit of everything. Do you live and breathe beauty products? Do your friends always look to you for makeup tips? Do you love sharing with everyone your beauty finds? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be Elite material!

Some of the qualities that Beautylish Elite members have:

• Beautiful profiles.

  We like to see complete profiles with a bit of personality. We want people to be able to get to know each other.

• Good pictures.

  We want to see real photos of you on your profile. Beautylish is about real people sharing real reviews, so don’t be shy ;)

• A real name.

  Secret identities and aliases are fun, but we need to know that you are legit and will stand by your opinions. Don’t worry, we never share your full name and we recommend you don’t either.

• Many contributions.

  The people who add videos, write helpful reviews, and submit missing products are the ones helping the site grow more and more useful. Without these efforts, the site couldn’t exist!

• A positive attitude.

  We are all here to help and build the community, so we expect this of all Beauties on the site. Elites should embody this and be an example for the community. Negativity isn’t needed.

There’s no exact criteria that makes someone Elite, but we know it when we see it :) If you think you or someone you know fits the bill, please email us at elite@beautylish.com with a link to the Beautylish profile and a quick message about why you think this Beauty has what it takes to be a part of Beautylish Elite!

Due to inherent conflicts of interest, Elites may not be employed by a beauty/cosmetics brand (but don’t worry, we’ll have special accounts for all of you guys soon!)
