I mean yea, it's good... but..

I was obsessed with buying this when I saw it on Kristina H. Her skin looked so amazing, I just had to have it. And while I was really pleased with the effect on myself, I wasn't nearly as giddy as I thought I would be. I know that everyone's skin is different and for me, it just wasn't AS awesome (but still pretty darn good).

The coverage is surprisingly full but doesn't dry heavy. The sheer glow factor is nice and delivers a more natural look.

I expect miracles, darnit! And while this didn't bring a tear to my eye, it covered the zit on my chin just fine.

I can't deny that they're really good..

.. but I can't say they're absolutely the bees knees either. Kristina H. turned me onto these pencils because she gets absolutely fantastic staying power with them, but with my very oily eyelids, I don't get the same results. I think I'd have issues with any product though, so I'll go ahead and say these are about as good as any are going to get.

My favorite is Zero- it's got that ulitmate blackness that's so hard to find. I really like the browns also (I got a travel kit with all of them). I use them as eyeliners and eyebrow pencils too!

Overall good product... maybe I should just prime my eyelids first!

Favorite moisturizer (and I've tried aaaaa lot)

What I like best about this moisturizer is, well really two things... 1. all proceeds to go charity (awesome), and 2. it's just a fantastic skin conditioner.

The scent is great- natural and slightly nutty. The conditioning effects last days! Sometimes I'll get a bit dry even 24 hours after apply mostly natural moisturizers, but not with this one. My legs don't get that flaky dry skin look at all. And although it's longlasting, it's not greasy. It sinks right in and does what its supposed to!

Obsessed

It's the scent that I like best but the buffing factor is definitely a plus. I find it a bit scratchy but it works great on my less sensitive areas like my arms and legs. To get the moisturizing benefit I work the product in my hands and smooth it over areas like my chest, etc. Overall fantastic!

Thanks Marc!

Thanks for somehow combining all of the elements I've ever wanted into one bottle sucessfully! This scent starts off mature and kind of "woodsy".. I don't really know how to describe it accurately, but it's rich and intensely sexy. But then, what was that? A light floral note?? Yes, it was! Somehow this perfume manages to conjure feelings of being a grown up seductress and an innocent pre-teen. Definitely aptly named! Oh, and the bottle is fantastic- rubber flower topper? Totally necessary.

So why not full stars? A guy in my Spanish class actually MOVED seats because he said he didn't care for my perfume. Ouch! (I still love it)

Something magical happens...

..when I mix this with my Bare Mineral powder foundation. Just a tiny sprinkling along the top and then applied with my beauty blender and... viola! Great coverage with a hint of a dewy finish. The powder really makes it stay put and also adds a level of coverage. I wear it alone as well and really like it. As far as drugstore products go, I'm definitely impressed. Feels silky smooth as it goes on and really lasts. I forgot how much I like this product until I bought it again on a whim. Glad I did!

Became obsessed.

Not only is this a good lip product but it comes in a super cute, old fashioned looking container. Win-win. I love how it heats up to a silky smooth texture that adds just the right amout of sheen with only the teeeeniest hint of scent and practically no color- so you can put it over any lipstick and it'll work. It's not surprising that this stuff's been around so long- it's nice!

Eh...not my favorite.

I found this to be very oily so it didn't stay put under my eyes (which, hello... is where I needed it to stay)! Because it IS so oily it goes on very smooth, so initially I was excited when I tested this at Sephora. When I applied it to blemishes I had to set it with a ton of powder and ended up with a cakey finish. So by the time I got it into my routine I realized it wasn't the right concealer for me. Oops.

This little jar lasted quite a while.

Totally prefer the consistency of this to the Nars duo concealer but I don't like it quite as much as my MAC studio fix. It's still a good concealer though. I went with the yellowish tint in a medium beige to cover undereye circles. It worked well enough and didn't crease a ton but I wasn't impressed enough to stick with it. For the price I think there's better options out there (MAC), but I definitely wasn't disappointed. It's also very heavily pigmented and non-greasy so the teeny jar lasted me a very long time.

Lighter than the Reconstruct, but still great for conditioning.

My hair tends to be really dry so I found myself reaching for the reconstruct more than this conditioner, but it's still really good. Now that my hair is healthier (no more blonde for a while) I've been using this more and more and have been quite pleased. It conditions without weighing my hair down and always rinses out without leaving any kind of film.
