@Shelby and anyone else wondering, I do ab exercises just like these in my dance class and it does work. You get sore all over in the beginning, but if you do this workout 2-3 times a week, you will feel and notice a big difference :)

@danielle m. When your hips and thighs get a little stronger you should be able to feel it more in the core and less in the legs!

For some reason this really hurts my thighs when I'm doing the first exercise. Maybe I'm not doing it right?
