PARIS FASHION WEEK S/S 2012
"It's all about a nude, creamy, luminous look... reddish-brown lids and glowy skin," said makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury of the look at Hakaan. While the clothes were described as something a fierce, strong woman would wear, makeup was pared back to concealed lips and reddish brown eyes.

MAC Studio Finish Concealer was applied lightly over hydrated skin with a MAC 190 Foundation Brush, then blended with fingers for a natural finish. MAC Pro Paint Stick in Dark Brown and MAC Matte Texture were mixed together and lightly blended under cheekbones for a soft contour. MAC Cream Colour Base in Pearl was blended over cheeks for a creamy highlight. Eyebrows were bleached and MAC Pro Cream Colour Base in Root, MAC Eye Shadows in Cup of Joe, and Most Mocha Cream (Trend Palette, available Spring/Summer 2012) were mixed together and applied over both upper and lower eyelids, blended outwards. MAC Pro Shine Mixing Medium was applied over eyelids for added sheen. MAC Pro Lipstick in Fleshpot was blended over the entire lip with fingers for a nude look. MAC Lip Pencil in Spice was used to perfect and contour the lip. Lastly, MAC Pro Invisible Set Powder was dusted over lips with a MAC 224 Tapered Blending Brush for a matte finish.
