Teen star Selena Gomez looked like a red carpet glamour girl at this year's Teen Choice Awards. Makeup artist Karan Mitchell for Maybelline New York was inspired by Selena's fun and glowing personality. To complement Selena's stunning gold Erin Featherston dress, Karan kept her makeup fresh and chic with subtle pops of pink and bronze.

Karan began by creating a sheer, fresh-faced glow for Selena using Chanel Vitalumière Foundation in Naturel. To set the base, Karan applied Maybelline FIt Me Pressed Powder in Pure Beige. Then she contoured Selena's cheeks with Maybelline Fit Me Bronzer in Light Bronze.

For Selena's glowing bronze eyes, Karan applied Maybelline Expert Wear Eyeshadow Quad in Chai Latte, applying the soft shimmery shade of the palette from her lids up to the crease. She then used the lightest gold hue from the Maybelline Eye Studio Color Explosion Luminizing Eyeshadow in Caffeine Rush on the inside corners and as a brow bone highlight. Next, she accentuated Selena's chocolate eyes with the deepest copper shade from the Maybelline Expert Wear Eyeshadow Quad in Chai Latte on the outside corners of the eye. Karan lined the upper and lower lash lines with Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner in Charcoal. She then topped off the look with three coats of Maybelline New York’s Limited Edition Vivienne Tam Great Lash Mascara in Very Black.
