It's a known fact that most stars in the spotlight try to fight the aging process. Slaves to a host of elixirs, these celebs regiment their diet and fitness routines and slather on the SPF in hopes of maintaining their youthful je ne sais quoi. But sometimes, they take drastic measures to physically slow down the inevitable. Some starlets pull off these subtle enhancements flawlessly, but others take it to the extreme (what happened to Meg Ryan?). This is much more than botox in the after shots. The majority of what we are seeing is filler ie. Juvederm, radiesse, and the like.

The Kylie Minogue "before" picture isn't a good one, as it is an airbrushed photo so of COURSE she looks better in the before picture. Her before picture should have been one of her on the red carpet or at a public event as well so we could get a true idea or what she looked like before.
Same goes for Courtney Cox's before picture. Another airbrushed one, not accurate.

In all honesty, all but Jenny McCarthy looked better before Botox; there is something about the "natural" condition of their appearance that has a freshness about it, that cosmetic work often diminishes.
