Nicole Richie is launching a fragrance! The pint-size star (who recently chopped off her long locks to a shaggy shoulder length with subtle layers) will debut a perfume in September 2012. The jewelry (and fashion!) designer hasn't released any more information about the fragrance except that it will be a "cool and classy scent, with an edge."

Pop star Nicki Minaj is partnering with OPI on a nail polish collection! The singer, who more often than not walks the red carpet with striped, colorful hair and crazy makeup, is collaborating with the brand on six new limited-edition colors. Hitting stores in January 2012, the shades are Pink Friday (a creamy bubblegum hue), Metallic 4 Life (a charcoal sparkle), Super Bass Shatter (a purple graffiti art-inspired topcoat effect), Save Me(a silver-rainbow glitter), Fly (an electric aqua), and Did It On 'Em(a fluorescent lime).

Julianne Hough, star of Footloose (and Ryan Seacrest's girlfriend!), has chopped her hair! She debuted the new wavy lob (long bob) at the Hollywood Film Awards. The actress made the change as she wanted to cut off all the dead ends and keep it healthy, reported US Weekly. Beauties, what do you think?
