Switching between lavender and blue wigs, Katy sported a parade of pretty, feminine, and fun looks in her “California Gurls” video. Sofie U. sports the same sultry bubblegum eye shadow, blush, and lipstick combo.

SMURF STYLE

For her Smurfs film premiere, Katy rimmed her lash line with sparkling blue eye shadow. Long, feathered lashes completed the cartoon-eye effect. Veronica M. tries out the bright, shimmering shadow on her lids and below her lower lashes for a dramatic statement eye.
