It was a flashback to the '90s backstage at Francesco Scognamiglio (try wrapping your tongue around that name!), with matte skin, nude lips, and khaki powdered eyes.
Makeup artist Terry Barber began with MAC Studio Sculpt SPF 15 Foundation, applying it with fingers to achieve a perfect, even skin tone. He then blended MAC Pro Taupe Powder Blush Pro Palette in an angle under cheekbones with 116 Blush Brush, and applied MAC Mineralize SPF 15 Foundation/Loose Powder through the centre of the face with 116 Blush Brush.
For the softly colored eyes, Barber patted MAC Pro Dark Brown Paintstick and Mole Skin Eye Shadow over the eyelids with his fingers. He then blended MAC Kid Eye Shadow and MAC Pro Invisible Set Powder together over the eyes with 224 Tapered Blending Brush. For the matte, pared down lip, blend MAC Pro Pale Lip Erase over the lips with 224 Tapered Blending Brush.
