Trend Bright Lips
Bright lipstick or gloss is an easy to update any makeup routine for spring. Red ruled the runways at Gucci, Viktor & Rolf, and Miu Miu, hot pink paraded down the catwalks at Jil Sander and DVF, and it was all about orange at Marc by Marc Jacobs. The best part about this spring trend is that it's not just about red lips, so you can experiment with pinks, oranges, and even purples too. While runway textures were mostly matte (makeup artists sometimes layered eye shadow or color pigments over lipstick for an ultra-matte finish), but sheer glosses or lip stains also work if you're just easing into the loud mouth trend.

TREND Pastel Smokey Eyes
Whether it's soft grays and blues or pale pinks and lilacs, pastel smoky eyes are a lighter twist on the classic dark smoky eye. By pairing a softer shade with a dark charcoal (or even black) pencil at the lash line, your eyes will still look just as defined. But if you're looking to update your smoky eye look or you're an eye makeup novice, spring's easy-to-wear, muted pastel tones are less intimidating than darker shades and very feminine and flattering.

TREND Matte Bronzer
When it comes to a golden glow this spring, the trend is a matte finish, not a high shimmer disco-ball face. This dusty, matte bronzed look complements the prairie chic styles at fashion shows like Anna Sui and Ralph Lauren. The trick to making this Wild West look natural? Aside from just dusting (lightly!) bronzer or matte peach blush across your nose, cheekbones and chin, also blend a little bit of color into your hairline. Using a big fluffy brush will help prevent streaks and ensure your gilding doesn't go overboard.
Beautylish recommends: Cover Girl Simply Ageless Sculpting Blush in Plush Peach (used backstage at Anna Sui), Maybelline Fit Me Bronzer in Medium Bronze, and Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder

All these trend are pretty cohesive together. You could really wear all three at the same time and still be good to go. That would be a nice look too. Pastel lilac lid, matte bronze cheeks and a bright lipstick... Can you say inspiration?

Bright lips are my favorite -- even if I'm not wearing much make up it still makes me look put together.

My favorite trend is the matte bronzer trend. I've been using my MAC Blunt Blush for a long time, and I love how nicely it contours. Glad this is such a big trend this season.
