Beautylish It Girl: Rose Byrne
If you hadn't heard of actress Rose Byrne before this summer, she's probably a familiar face by now. That's because Rose has been hard at work and stars in this season's biggest blockbusters: Bridesmaids and X-Men: First Class. Rose's TV show Damages is back for season four next week and although it's still July, we love the sophisticated, fall-inspired makeup this rising star rocked at the Damages premiere. Using her side-swept bangs to bring out her eyes (instead of heavy shadow or color), Rose made her lips the focus of the night with a rich, creamy burgundy shade. To keep the look summer-appropriate, sweep bronzer over your cheekbones instead of your usual blush.

I love the idea of burgundy lips. I am going to have to try and find one that looks good with my skin tone for this fall/winter. I normally go with brownish colors... but this is soooo much better. She is stunning.

What a great look. I love it when people are bold enough to wear darker lip colors. I hardly ever wear anything on my lips other than lip balm unless I'm doing something bold like this.

I don't like this look for her :\ I think the eyes are great, but the bangs are too heavy and the bronzer is making her look lumpy puffy and bruised on one of her cheeks :\ Very yellow and sallow, do not like!
