Similar to the two-toned style Lauren Conrad and Kate Bosworth sported last year, Selena Gomez dyed the tips of her locks a shade of cerulean mixed with purple streaks while Katy Perry colored her entire mane indigo! This isn't the first time the singer has rocked sapphire strands either. In 2010 the pop star debuted a Smurf-inspired electric blue wig.

Haha had to laugh when I came across this - I just dyed the top half of my hair back to black from being "Shocking Blue" from Manic Panic for a few months! I would wear it again in a HEARTBEAT!!
