Hi There!
My name is Damaris (some of you may know me in the social media world as “VintageDee”) and I’m what I like to call a serial entrepreneur, God gave us all many talents, why choose one? I am the President & Founder of Damaris Colon Consulting specializing in Beauty & Lifestyle Public Relations, Personal Style Consulting and Closet Makeovers. In addition, I am the Owner & Founder of The Style Closet Online Boutique (http://stylecloset.bigcartel.com) and blog (http://thestylecloset.net). I have also recently begun writing beauty stories for AccessAlex.com, Fashionista101.com and Examiner.com. I have interests in many things dealing with the beauty and fashion industry and I just can’t seem to choose so I chose them all J.
I have gained experience over the years in beauty and fashion as a fashion expert and manager for Express. I’ve also worked retail for Wet Seal and Steve Madden and corporate for the U.S. Polo Assn clothing line. I’ve worked for top beauty public relations agencies in NYC and have also worked in the Beauty Department of Vibe Vixen Magazine and the Marketing Department of STUFF Magazine.
