You're very welcome.. i always found water to be really helpful to brighten or make pigment more vibrant but i do recommend u test out on the back of ur hand first.. cuz not all shadows work well wit water.. like loose powder or cream are very difficult. And when u actually find the shadow u wanna use, dipping ur brush into water taking excess drips off and make sure the brush is damp enough to pick up some color and pack on the way u normally would.
