Okay, but not my HG
Anyone else hate the lighting in Sephora? It's so difficult to figure out if something is actually right. I can't help but feel that this shade was a little too dark for me. Even without that, it's okay, but... not AMAZING in my opinion. Thinking of trying something else next time.
Like it, but wish I'd gone a shade lighter
I feel like the consistency is pretty good and don't usually have a problem with caking... but I think the person who sold it to me may have been a little crazy in matching [they said I could go up to Medium Plus if I wanted! Definitely not!]. It seemed alright when I first got it, but I often wonder if it really is the right shade. Oh well, it's not TOO noticeable and if I actually get some form of a tan, it should be perfect...
Mostly Amazing!
I really love MAC eyeshadows and keep plotting to buy a 15 palette in the near future, but I have to be honest and say there are a few that are a bit more difficult to work with. I adore Beautiful Iris, for instance, but sometimes have trouble with pigmentation. But still, overall I love their eyeshadows.
Quite pretty
Very nice... very shimmery! Greens are not quite my favorites, and there are more in here than I particularly like, but there are so many other colors that I did not mind. There's also the fact that I did not have any green eyeshadows and wanted a few just in case... The pigment on these is also amazing--as is to be expected with Urban Decay, I suppose.
Decent, but not worth the money
I have fairly thick and long eyelashes and, while I think they did look quite nice after using this, I think other, cheaper mascaras have done just as well. The main problem that I've had with them in the past is flaking. This did not flake which is very nice, but I recently found another mascara that does not flake. The only reason I tried this is because I got a sample and so I will not be buying it in the future.
Perfect!
I feel like this is the perfect natural color for my warmer-toned pale skin and, almost most importantly [to me], is not too shimmery! I was somewhat terrified when I first saw it as shimmer in face products can sometimes throw me off, but after I used, I realized it wasn't bad at all.
I love these! So far, I have milk, strawberry milk, purple, and oyster as those are the colors I like to use most and they really do make great bases. I apply a somewhat thin layer over my Urban Decay Primer Potion so it doesn't crease and then any shadows I plan to use on top. Only thing that would make them better is not having to use a primer, but the price is nice.
